6.5 kW Roof Mounted Solar Electric & Solar Thermal Hot Water System

6.5 kW Roof Mounted Solar Electric was designed to offset 75 to 80% of the customers energy use. The system consists of 27 Canadian Solar 240 Watt High Efficiency mono-crystalline solar panels and an SMA America SunnyBoy 6000 Inverter.
The Schuco Solar Hot Water heating system includes 2 roof mounted solar collectors and a 75-gallon storage tank with a backup electric heat element. The solar water system eliminates the customers use of propane saving over $1,000 on propane cost.
4.5 Roof Mount Dual Array With Tilt Up Kit
San Diego, CA
4.5 Kw Solar System consisting of 20 Siliken 225 Watt Solar Modules and single Power One 4000 Watt Dual Array Inverter. For maximum energy production the system was installed with the group of panels on the South facing roof with the second group of panels on the North facing roof using a tilt up system to create a south/east orientation. The Power One inverter provides maximum energy harvesting by separately managing the energy production for 2 different orientations.
This solar system eliminates 90% of the customer’s energy bill.
8.64 kW Ground Mount Solar Electric System

8.74 kW grid tied Ground Mount solar system designed to offset 80% of the customers energy usage. The system consists of 40 Sharp ND216U1F solar modules and 2 SMA America Sunny Boy 4000 inverters. System performance is monitored by a Fat Spaniel online real-time monitoring system.
The project also included the installation of a Schuco Closed Loop Solar Water Heating system with 2 roof mounted solar thermal collectors and a Rheem Solaraide 80-gallon storage tank.

7.2 kW Ground Mount Solar Electric System
El Cajon, CA
This 7.2 kW solar system was designed to allow access to the ground area under the solar array. The 36 X 40 ft structure is built on an elevated frame consisting of 4 x 4 galvanized steel post and 18" z purlings. The structure allows 10 ft. of clearance under the array. The 36 Evergreen 210 modules are connected to a SMA America Sunny Boy 7000 inverter. Online system monitoring provided by SMA Sunny Web Box.
The project also included the installation of a Schuco closed loop solar water heating system with 2 roof mounted solar thermal collectors and a Rheem Solaraide 80 gallon storage tank tied to an existing 70 gallon gas storage tank for a total of 150 gallons of solar- heated hot water.

This 2.7 kW solar system is located in San Diego. The system consists of 12 Silken 225W modules and an SMA America 3000 inverter with a Sunny WebBox monitoring system and Pro Solar roof mounting system.

Located in Poway, Ca. This 5.76 kW Ground mount solar electric system utilizes Canadian Solar 240W high output mono-crystalline solar modules with an SMA Inverter with Sunny Webbox online monitoring. To maximize energy output on a southwest orientation, the ground mounted structure was tilted against the slope to give it a due south orientation.
